On Sunday, Kareena Kapoor Khan’s son Taimur made his mommy proud by winning Gold in a taekwondo competition. Karan Johar’s son who was also a part of the event was also awarded a medal. Several photos of the kids went viral. Even Rani Mukerji was seen attending the event and cheering for them.
While Kareena kept it simple in a white shirt and no make up look, Rani also kept it casual with a red T shirt paired with denims. In one of the photos, Kareena and Rani posed together. Rani was also seen sharing a moment with Yash. Taimur donned his brightest smile with the gold medal.
Time and again Kareena Kapoor Khan has been a strong advocate of good parenting. In an interview with The Dirty Magazine, she shared, ‘There is no right or wrong way.We treat them (the kids) as individuals, we respect them, and we just let them be. They will figure it out, they will find their own path. Kids are quite resilient, you know… I want to live my life in front of my kids, I want to do everything with them. We have to be happy na, then they will flourish. I’m responsible for my own mental health first.”
Kareena Kapoor Khan married Saif Ali Khan back in 2012. The couple had an intimate wedding ceremony in Mumbai. Saif and Kareena decided to get married after living in together for five years. In the same interview, the actress revealed that they were happy with their living arrangement but decided to get married because they wanted to have children. The actress and the actor welcomed their first son, Taimur Ali Khan, in 2016 and second son, Jeh Ali Khan, in 2021.
On the work front, Kareena was recently seen attending the premiere of her film The Buckingham Murders at the Jio MAMI Mumbai Film Festival. The Buckingham Murders is helmed by Hansal Mehta. It also stars Ash Tandon, Ranveer Brar, and Keith Allen. It is written by Aseem Arrora, Kashyap Kapoor, and Raghav Raj Kakker and produced by Balaji Telefilms and TBM Films alongside Shobha Kapoor, Ektaa R Kapoor, and Kareena Kapoor Khan. Kareena is all set to be seen in Rhea Kapoor’s The Crew with Kriti Sanon, Tabu, and Diljit Dosanjh. The shooting has already started and the actress had earlier shared several BTS photos from the same.
