The internet brings us some of the most bizarre stories we have ever heard, with some users spilling the beans through their own personal experiences, especially their relationships. One such social media post is making headlines across the web, where a user detailed her husband’s affair and how she caught him. The 29-year-old woman, who has not revealed her identity, took to her Reddit account to share her unfortunate story. According to the post, the woman and her husband have been together for 6 years, while being married for the past one year. Using her husband’s phone, she was taking some cute photos of their 5-month-old child. When she was going to send the photos to herself, she saw a message on a name which made her instinctively check it. She wrote, “I just had a feeling I needed to click on and I’m glad I did. He was having a sexually flirtatious conversation with a coworker.”

After finding the messages, she immediately told her husband of the discovery, who denied having any physical relations with his co-worker, and admitted that it was “just flirting.” Pouring out her misery, she wrote further, “I’ve never had a reason not to trust him, but I just don’t think I believe that it never went further.”

The husband assured her that she has left the place and is no longer his coworker, and the messages are over a month old. The user then revealed, “The convo I read also happened to be on my birthday weekend which somehow made it hurt even more.” Her husband did not make any attempts to slide his mistake as an excuse and repeatedly apologised, even promising to go to therapy. According to her, it’s been a month and he is yet to enter therapy. She concluded the post with the question, “How can I move past this?”

Users share their opinions in the replies below. The first user wrote, “Start going to the gym or pretend to go and he will run to therapy as he said he would.” A second user shared, “Put your foot down and tell him to do couple counselling.” Several users flooded the section with suggestions to get him to therapy and how to continue the relationship.
