Sanju Samson was sent back to the dressing room for a seven-ball 10, which had two boundaries, as fans took to social media to troll the Indian cricketer.
India vs Bangladesh: 2nd T20I – Live Score
Samson was dismissed on the last ball of the second over by Taskin Ahmed, who was rewarded for bowling a tight over. The Bangladesh bowler took the pace off and banged it into the surface on the back of a length, outside off. Sanju Samson did not have much foot movement but tried to loft the ball over the infield on the off side but the ball stuck into the surface and came onto him slower than he anticipated. He went through with the shot and managed to chip it straight down Najmul Hossain Shanto’s throat at mid-off.
