Outsourcing of staff by government illegal

HYDERABAD: Andhra Pradesh BC Welfare Association president R Krishnaiah has demanded that the state government abolish the outsourcing system and take them as contract employees. In a press release here on Sunday, Krishnaiah also asked the  government to fill up all the 4 lakh vacancies in various government departments. He urged the government to abolish outsourcing system completely as it was against the Constitution. The outsourcing staff including watchman, attender, driver and sweeper should be appointed on contract basis, he suggested to the government.
