1980: West Germany

1976: Czechoslovakia

Czechoslovakia won their sole Euro crown with a 5-3 win on penalties against West Germany following a 2-2 draw after 120 minutes at the Red Star Stadium in Belgrade, Yugoslavia (now Serbia).
